I have lived here at Theo for 2 1/2 years and the experience is one of a kind. The complex is constantly cleaned by great and friendly staff. The leasing office staff are outstanding, dependable, consistent, helpful and most of all respectful to the needs and wants of all residents here at Theo makes it a happy place to live. The residents are respectful to one another and socially kind. The animals are nice and there is great energy here at Theo which wouldn’t be possible without Meli and Maggie making it happen in the leasing office.

Apartment hunting can be so draining but Meli really went above and beyond to answer all my questions and provide me with any information I needed. Don’t live here. They charged me for something they said I shouldn’t have been charged for. Said they would refund me. I’m currently waiting and have not heard from them. I’ve emailed them multiple times and no one picks up their phone. Poorly managed. Melli is the worst.
