Stopped in for information on cheap cuts and liked what I was told. Apparently, this is the same class or school that I would take my grandmother to once in a while for a cheap wash and style.

I have supported the school over the years but this would be the straw that broke the camel’s back. I asked for caramel babylights and got chunky pinky violet highlights instead. I understand that they are students but violet pink is no where on the same spectrum with caramel. My teenage daughter called me Scene Queen when she saw my hair. The phase 2 student who worked on me had no idea if she should use permanent or semi permanent color to tone my highlights. No matter how bad they screw up, the school will still demand payment. The worst part is that I sat in that chair for 6 hours and paid 70 dollars for them to messed with my hair. I walked out of there feeling like I just got robbed:( Caveat emptor!
