Beware that they can charge you for valet parking even if you did not use the service. I noticed this mysterious charge on my bill on my last day and talked to the front desk on checkout about this. Nothing. Talk to the front desk another 3 times since then. They say they sent a message to accounting, but nothing is done. Now that it's a month after, the charge is still on my bill.

Great place to stay. Even if only for a day. If you crave burritos, onion rings, or great sandwiches while you are here, Lucky Boy is just a few blocks away on Walnut.

Nice location in DT Pasadena. Nice view of the mountains. Die hard Marriott member, but there is someone's hair pins on the bathroom floor which I don't expect to see at a Westin.

This hotel was the best. Clean, cool, comfy bed & pillows, a deep soaking tub in bathroom, and a good view of City Hall. You can crack open the window for a little California breeze. It’s close to the Metro Gold line and tons of restaurants in Old Pasadena. I was able to check in an hour early, no questions asked, so I’d say staff is excellent. I took a dip in the pool - it is a small pool but love that it’s on the rooftop.
