Add on 06/12/2022 I am sharing a very disappointing experience here. My AC was not working on 06/09; the temperature in my apartment has been more than 100 F since then. I submitted an emergency request that night, but nobody came to fix it on 06/10. So, I had to submit another one, and one staff helped me book a hotel room for one night. I checked out around noon on 06/11. When I arrived home, the AC was still not working, and I waited in the extremely hot apartment with my cat for an entire afternoon until the maintenance team came. My cat had a heat stroke that afternoon. I was trying to take him to somewhere cooler (club house), but he developed a strong stress response in that unfamiliar area for some reason. So, I had to bring him back home. He is still not doing well now. The worst thing is that the team still couldn't fix the issue, so I was sent to the hotel room again. I checked out this morning, and was hoping that somebody could finally fix the AC for me today. But, I was disappointed again. I just got a text message from the staff that my AC will be replaced some time next week with no specific date and time. I was asking them to book several nights of hotel rooms for me, but they refused, saying that they can only book one night at a time. This means that I have to check in and check out every day, which makes no sense at all. Moreover, since I have to check out before noon, and they usually book me a room at night, I don't have a place to stay or work in the entire afternoon. I will keep updating this ridiculous experience. I am very disappointed this time. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The complex was amazing before, but things have changed after the complex went under new management. The new management team has inefficient communication; they respond to urgent maintenance requests much slower than the previous management team; they have a bad payment portal with almost no instructions on how to use it. They have also tried to enter my apartment in a non-emergency situation with a short notice as a reply to my inquiry email (If I did not send that email, I believe they wouldn't send me the notice.). The amenities and complex itself is cute and modern, but the service can not match it. I like this place, but have to move out when the lease ends if things do not get better. I hope this place can become as pretty as what it used to be.

They have money for all these renovations they're doing to apartments but won't be able to fix your ice machine for a month. Not to mention this eyesore!

I moved here a little over a year ago and it was amazing until they went under new management. I have lived in a mark-taylor complex before and I've never experienced anything like this. I put in a maintenance request about a month ago and still no one has come to fix the issues I am having. Since we don't have a resident portal at this time, we have to contact management to put our requests in. They either don't respond or maintenance only fixes a few items and not the rest. I don't believe this is a problem with maintenance but management instead not putting our requests in. I am very aware that they are still trying to figure everything out with the new management but I at least expect a response when I email them. I have to send follow up after follow up and still NOTHING! I call time and time again and no one ever picks up or returns my calls. This is becoming a huge issue and I know I am not the only one in this community with this problem. If this problem does not get fixed soon, I will not be resigning. That being said, it is a beautiful property and has great amenities. The pool is awesome and the apartments are great on the inside. If they can fix the management problem, this place would thrive.
