Had been to the leasing office thrice to check on availability, it’s always locked and I did wait 30-40 mins seeing not even single person inside leasing office. I request management to hire new leasing agents and get rid of old ones! Management “ If this is the current condition it’s better not to pay these leasing agents as they are not doing any work and getting paid !! Better to shut down the leasing office!

Someone has a hate bug up their butt. This place is great. It's in desirable neighborhood. It actually is quiet considering the diversity of lifestyles that live here. Everyone that lives here is pretty darn friendly too. The management staff are very down to Earth and good people at heart. They also take care of whatever problems should occur. Never had any varmint or bug problems at all. (You want to talk about rat infestation, go next door and rent a condo from Presidio which had the worst HOA ever.) Nice room layout and space. Very pet friendly. A lot of people we've met have lived here a long time or come back. Everyone seems to look out for each other and understands that these are apartments, not single family homes divided by yards, fences etc. There is plenty of parking everywhere. Why does one need to live in a ultra-gated community in North Scottsdale? This is pretty much one of the safest parts of any city in AZ. Plus you would be just as paranoid or concerned about your safety/possessions anywhere you'd live. Yea, ok, ok, smoking stinks, I quit 5 years ago and totally get it but, it's really not as bad as grumpy pants made it out to sound like. Besides, everyone is different and that's a good thing. It's an apartment complex that allows smoking..what would one expect? Only flaw I have is that there is no recycling on site. (actual residents and happy to call this place home for now)

Nice grounds? Are you insane or being paid to post this? The grounds are filled with weeds, and blank spots in the lawn because of all the dogs, that bark constantly day and night that use it as a bathroom. The staff here is a joke, they refuse to make any repairs and the inside of these apartments are pure scum. The stench from sewers that wrap the bathrooms and kitchens in a stench so bad you about pass out is unbearable. The tenants are constantly harassed, and treated like criminals, nor can they park their cars because of people parking in the middle of parking lots. and in the only drive way into the complex. The office is never open, and when they do open the office they are partying in the back by the pool or sleeping in adjacent library to the office that is usually locked. They keep changing the office hours even though they never show up, without informing the tenets so it's impossible to pay your rent so they charge you hundreds of dollars in late fees. They never return the deposit on these dumps either. They just had the complex painted a ghetto color, and the old paint is bleeding thru the ghetto paint. This site is a joke too, they keep erasing the complaints, and only leave the lies they are posting themselves.
