I want to put in a good word for their facilities maintenance staff(Freddy). One of the best I have seen, and I work with quite a few. Very responsive and professional. Believe me: It is a tall order to manage a facility like this-especially here in Arizona and they do an excellent job keeping up with everything.

The assistant manager Brianna was absolutely amazing to work with! She was so kind and respectful a lot of managers could learn a thing or two from her! Her communication was on point and couldn't be happier with her service!

Overall – Good value, but on the verge of dropping to 3 stars because increasing rent raises the bar for expectations and this complex is treading water at 4 stars. These apartments will soon not be worth it if things continue. Pros – Great neighborhood, good apartment layouts, nice amenities, and polite neighbors. Really enjoy having an attached garage, 24/7 access to the pool/hot tub/gym, and the maintenance team. Views of the nearby mountains are a cool plus, too. Cons – The management team makes a lot of strange choices that impact daily life in small ways. Examples being: changing the building colors from desert-friendly tan and red to Windows 99 blue and cream; allowing legacy renters to have gate clickers while new renters have to type a code every time they return home; and restricting the “business center” printer to staff only while saying they’re happy to print things for you if you email your documents to them (don’t worry, they promise not to read them; your choice whether to believe that). Helpful Data – Please note these are specific to my experience, but they may help directionally: • Rent increase from 2021 to 2022 = 10% • 6-11 month rent vs 12 month = +10% • Month-to-month rent vs 12 month = +45% • Days with obnoxious neighbors = 0 • Days with gym availability = 100% • Days with pool availability = 95% • Traffic noise on 94th = 3 out of 10 (silent at night) • Traffic noise on E Thunderbird = 1 out of 10 (mostly silent)

At first when I was reading reviews, I was a bit skeptical. But, everything from before I started looking at the townhouse I wanted to move into to signing the lease and moving in, has been Spectacular. Jessica and Brianna have both been extremely helpful, accommodating, and communicative through the whole lease process. BTW the 2021/2022 renovations are incredible and I highly recommend you check them out. The only con I would say is to add a few air vents towards the flooring on the first and second floor because the floors get very cold and the toilets are a little small for myself but everything else has been incredible; the cold floors aren’t anything a $20 heater from walmart won’t fix!
