Worst customer service ever specially with the lady who described herself as tony at the front desk who helps to fill up the form for unemployment.

I had a very good experience with the team who works there. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Depending on what you are looking for, they seem to be able to help in most cases.

If you are unemployed, do NOT tell them ANYTHING about your life or your job search. They WILL use any information you provide to get your benefits denied. I mentioned visiting family out of state over the Christmas holiday and they actually went into the system and made sure I didn't get benefits for that week, even though I continued my search, applied to numerous positions, and had a phone interview that week. These people are not there to help you. They are there to reduce UI expenditures at any cost. Merry Christmas, Mr. Scrooge!

Better to go through Mass Rehab. Find the one that is closest to where you live. If you want to go to the employment office or call then you can ask about free training programs

Do you offer schooling?

Only if you are on unemployment Boston office on Federal Street offers an on going free training program for Pharmacy Assistant. Sometimes there are other programs offered like teller training for a Bank. If you are on food stamps then you can inquire about computer training. Better to go there, YMCA Training on Tremont St in Boston near Govt Center
