The dispatchers are the most rude people you will ever encounter. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Worst Cab company in Boston. Unfortunately, I had to put 1 star to write this review but they dont even deserve 1 sadly. They can can never give you an estimated time of arrival. Could take over 30 minutes for one to come. It just poorly run.

This is the worst company in the history of cabs. They are extremely rude and will hang up on you. Zero customer service. Should have 0 stars but unfortunately I had to give 1 to write this review!

Customer service was terrible when I called to set up a ride for a lovely older couple, I tried to explain to the gentleman exactly where we were that way they didn’t have to walk anymore. He explained to me that he didn’t have anymore room to type in his system exactly where we were. So I asked if he could just call his driver and he said no we don’t call our drivers. The wait was long but I’d assume that’s with Boston traffic.

Called for a cab. Driver went right past me. Called back and second driver went right past me. Called a third time and the rude little man who is the dispatcher told me “it’s not my problem”. You know what pal? When your cabs don’t even slow down to look for their fare it is your problem. This service was recommended by my hotel. Never again.
