do not use this company. they were rude and not reliable a disabled man was left alone for 6 hours because the ride apparently arrived, but with no notification and at the wrong place and time. this was one of the worst things this company could have done showing they really only do this for money and not for the needs of there clients. This should not happen again so please before u considered using this company Dont.

Despite having a very difficult time getting my refund of the balance on my Ride account and dealing with “some” unpleasant and rude representatives, I would like to report that representative Deana Burgos was different. She was attentive and listened very carefully to my issue and understood my concerns. In addition, the she appeared genuinely interested in assisting me and was able to quickly gather all the information and history regarding my situation to resolve my problem quickly. Ms. Burgos was friendly and provided me with excellent customer service that was helpful to finally get my refund processed.

Everybody here is so helpful and kind. The process is smooth even if we have to wait a bit for the results they do give us a bit of an extension so that we can keep appointments that were already made. I'm very grateful for this Service.

I am a very concerned person that knows someone who needs to take the Ride, on a regular basis. On the average they take the Ride 3-5 times per week, to get around where the T doesn’t go. It is on a consistent basis they pick her up 1-2 hours earlier than a requested drop off time, half the time they are late picking her up to take her home. Don’t get me started with how uncomfortable the ride is with all the pot holes the Bus goes over. I have ridden with her numerous times, it’s a hit/ or miss with customer service. Today they arrived 2 hours before drop off time, she never got a chance to eat lunch before she left for the day. The driver never notified her they were here to pick her up, the Ride called her to inform her the Ride was waiting outside, and they can’t guarantee that he will wait for her more than a few minutes. Question; why would she be expecting her ride to be 2 hours early? Why would the driver not just come back an hour later?? The driver gave excuses for not calling her. This is not acceptable. No consideration for the patrons paying for this service. Walk a mile in someone else’s shoes to have a different perspective. Where’s the compassion? She is afraid she will have retribution if she mentions anything because this is a service she needs, and she PAYS for!!!!! The people that run the schedule aspect as well as some drivers could use Training in quality customer service and compassion. Wake up people! I have a suggestion; all the corporate staff should be made to take the Ride to work and home just one week to get a direct experience of the very service they provide for their neighbors and community. Final thoughts: I wish I could join a community committee to help change and improve this much needed service for all with physical disabilities. That the patrons PAY FOR!

Patient's relatives allowed to use ride?

No one can use it alone except the client, you can bring a (pca) for free. Can be a friend, relative, ect..only one. When you book your Ride ask them if there is room for a couple of friends if they pay the fare. Must get picked up with you and must be dropped off with you.I had 4 people with me from school we all went out together. We all were dropped off together. I was thinking of making a trip to the Fair with a couple friends, as long as there's enough seats left (after regular clients) and they pay the regular fare, The Ride makes money and everyone is Happy lol no need to find a parking spot.

If you were approved and you want to set up a ride Call a Customer Service person at 857-206-6400 and press number three to check /book or cancel a ride. Then you will be prompted to enter your ID number. The computer will then let you speak to a person to do the above. This is also greatly important when your Ride doesn't show and you need to check on it- funny not funny :-). If anybody has any more questions about trac or the ride please be specific because it's gotten confusing, more confusing since the ride has made contracts with other sources. Again, funny not funny. y'all have a good day now ya'hear😊 Not to take away from the fact that this is a huge blessing that other states do not in any shape or form Supply to us.💯on-the-real♿
