Tom came to our home on time. He spent an half an hour to repair the ice maker. He then took his time to explain what he did and how to operate the ice maker. He did an excellent job in fixing the ice maker. Thanks you Tim

The tech was ok and a hard worker but failed to fix the problem with my new dishwasher. Instead of trying again they said they did all they can do. Samsung sent a new tech from Nebraska Appliance who identified the problem within 5 minutes and fixed the issue.

Can’t comment on their actual repair service but if it’s anything like their customer service it’s probably awful. Had an appointment for washing machine service through NFM so I took the day off from work. They didn’t show so I called to ask why. Gail who answered the phone said they weren’t coming out because they needed a part. Funny, they didn’t come out and diagnose the issue. Asked why they didn’t notify me of this and she said they are busy. Asked for ETA on the part and she said she didn’t have one. Week goes by I call again and ask for another update and Gail tells me maybe in a week or two they can come out and would let me know but they have other 50 - 100 customers a head of me. If you’re a business that is unable to keep your scheduled appointments why are booking more service calls? Judging from their responses from other reviews it’s clear that they take offense to negative feedback. Look to see how many reviews mention Gail.

I want to give a personal thank you to Tom. He was not able to repair the lemon of a washer I have. However, i was able to get reimbursed by my protection plan. Tom was very prompt, friendly, courteous, and very truthful regarding the issues with my machine. Thank you so much Tom.
