They don't even have a "Banker" competent enough to close my account, they just gave me a list of phone numbers so I can do their job for them 😡🤬😡🤬 That's one of the main reasons I want to close my account, everytime I ask to speak with a "Banker" or call the "Customer Service" line they're about as useless as the G in Lasagne 🙄🙄🙄🙄

They are the most difficult bank to work with and charge for everything. You can't even get change for a 20 from them without them wanting you to open an account they can overcharge you fees on.

Not my personal bank, but for good reason...took my Friend by the atm.. They dont seem to mind this bank.

The manager of this branch is extremely rude and unfriendly. I came in to get a replacement card. She refused to assist me, and told me to call the customer service number listed on the back of my card. She practically threw me out of the bank even as people were entering the branch. When I told her that I had had a weird experience at Wells Fargo she told me thank you. Have a good day.
