The staff were very friendly; very professional; smart; and did a very good job for me. I worked with a young man named Joey; he went above and beyond for me. God Bless him.

Caitlin Creamer is very helpful. They listened to my concerns and didn't just push me and my family to the side.

The wait time could be a little better. Overall you get some advice to help your situation. How is it possible they are not back at work? Voicemail says because of the vivid emergency what a joke.. people get back to work.

I know that this organization helps so many people, but it's very confusing on how to start a case, what exactly they cover, and getting a live voice. the problem is there is none to match this organization and talk with thousands and thousands of people jamming up housing court, evictions, it's even harder to get proper representation with a reasonable time frame. meanwhile many of us are being evicted from our home. I know that a lot of very very good lawyers don't eat their time so I can't say anything bad, it is not their fault that the city and state are such idiots.

There is a intake and eligibility process online. If you do not qualify they might be able to refer you as well! https://gbls.org/get-legal-help
They are awesome call them I'm not a lawyer but you should call greater Boston legal services, dedicated smart ,and professional . You should get it all back
I’m not sure your best bet is to speak with a someone from legal aid they should be able to answer your questions
None of the lawyers are going to answer your question here. You should call the intake line m-f between the hours of 9a-12p they also have walk in hours for an intake. But you should definitely speak with the lawyer of the day in Housing court. Good luck
You would need to call the Greater Boston Legal Service Intake Line. It is open M-F 9a-12p they would be able to tell you if they can help you. They maybe able to help you seal your record if that is hindering you from finding housing.

Just call the Greater Boston and they will be able to help you. They are so great.
You should contact the courts in your area.
From the Orange or Green, you exit the station and then turn a corner toward Edward Brooke Courthouse. Friend Street is one-way to TD Garden w/out a street sign. You are there.
