We’ve lived at Bellagio for a year now and aren’t renewing our lease. Not because we didn’t love it but because we got such a good deal somewhere we couldn’t pass up. The front office has been so kind when we had a personal issue come up and some problems at move in. As soon as I let the community manager know, she was more than happy to help us. I can’t say enough good things about the maintenance men here. It’s 7:30pm on a Wednesday and our AC went out. I called the emergency maintenance line and someone was here in 10 minutes flat to look at the AC unit, give me a portable one for the evening & told us he would be back in the morning. That’s amazing service. I was not expecting a unit the night of. But when it’s 110° in Arizona & your AC goes out these guys are on it asap. I appreciate all of the kindness we’ve received from the employees at the Bellagio.

We have been here for 3 weeks and so far we’ve had nothing but problems. Most recently our storage unit was broken into and items were stolen. I’ve lived at other mark taylor complexes and trusted this one would be of the same standards but unfortunately there is no sense of security. The star is for the leasing offices kindness but otherwise I have nothing nice to say about this complex.

I have lived at Bellagio Apartments since April. I love the apartment layout and how quiet it is at night. Lyndsey in the office has been very helpful to me. I have not had any maintanence issues so I cannot speak for that. Great Apartment. Bryce is awesome too!

I moved in 2 years ago. I love the staff ( especially Kelly and Lynsey, only few I would have spoken) and the good thing is if you forgot on maintenance request on a busy schedule, they follow-up on air filter replacements/other issues on regular interval. I don't know of any other apartment complex that does this.
