I highly recommend Banner Health at the Kierland location in Scott AZ. The staff was extremely competent , knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure they checked me thoroughly and did ever possible exam and test to ensure they were secure with my results., unlike my experience at another location. I feel better knowing they truly cared about me and my health. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I have been here twice now. Both times I got in really fast. You have the ability to make a reservation online. I got there about thirty min early and got right in. I’m sure that was lucky timing too but they were courteous and fast. I was in and out with a resolution in less than thirty minutes. And I even needed X-rays! Great team who is kind and caring. Thanks!

I was experiencing severe chest congestion and after a failed attempt to get treated at a different urgent care in Phoenix I decided to contact this Banner Urgent care for an appointment. My primary need was to get a chest x-ray done to confirm what was going on with my lungs 🫁. I was able to book an11:55 appointment online at 11:15 which I was surprised was even possible. When I got to the clinic there was only one other patient ahead of me. I was seen promptly at my appointment time and was able to get the x-ray that I needed all for a reasonable price of $150 with no insurance. I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the staff and their efficiency during my visit. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for care based on my last visit.

The woman at the front desk who checked me in was unbelievably rude on 2/6/22. Then the guy who took my medical screening was also unbelievably rude. As well as the guy who took my x-rays. Everyone working there was in an extremely bad mood and seemed like they hated their lives. And then I came back today to get my x-rays that I called two days before to order them and they weren’t ready. The doctor did not give them a copy to give to my surgeon. The woman working the front desk today 2/11/22 was even more rude than the first woman!!! Unbelievable! She was more concerned with eating her sandwich then actually working. I told her that she seriously needed to adjust her attitude and she laughed at me. What a fantastic experience this whole encounter has been. I will never be back to this urgent care and will never recommend Banner to anyone. And this isn’t my first horrible experience at a Banner. I don’t know who’s hiring your people but it’s something to seriously look into.
