My battery died today in the crazy AZ heat so I went to Autozone to get a new one. Turns out, mine was still under warranty from a little under 3 years ago, so the install and new battery were completely free! Talk about awesome! Gregory was the one who checked and changed my battery for me, he was amazing! The manager of the store was also very nice and helpful. I will always use Autozone!

We needed a hanging rack for the car. Walmart didn't have any so we found an Auto Zone. They were sold out also. But, Mike went out of his way to help us. He offered to check other Auto Zones in the area. Then said he could have one in the store the next day and would call us when it arrived. Sure enough, we got a call and we were able to get exactly what we needed. Mine showed excellent customer service and we really appreciate it.

Wow, three powerful words any company would love to hear their customer express to them! James is the general manager pictured where he goes way and above to help us out. They do free diagnostic checks to help consumers identify an issue you may have. James expresses that what makes their Autozone better is “delivering extraordinary” services.
