I had gone to this store with my wife and her service dog to find more clothes for our soon to be baby daughter, as soon as we walk in the door we could see and hear another customers kids just going crazy throwing the toys at each other and nearly hitting my wife’s service dog and myself. And then the kids without asking just come up and try petting our service dog. So I had my wife go talk to the manager, and the manger just laughs it off like it’s no big deal and dismissed my wife. Will not be going back there ever again.

Very low offers when selling items. They took 97% of the items I brought in to sell considering everything was very lightly used/new with tags. I was shocked at how little they actually pay out based on the price they will sell the item for. I inquired on what was actually being paid on what; after they went through my 2 bags. Disappointing. I also inquired about possibly selling an American Girl Grand Hotel set with all accessories, and was told they would sell it for $50, and give the seller a "higher portion" for the AG brand, which would be $20. That is so crazy and almost laughable to me considering what it actually goes for on the re-sale market. It makes you wonder if there may be some dishonesty going on with the whole process. A positive I can provide is they appeared to have a large amount of items to choose from within the store to buy. I don't plan on selling here again and I would certainly not recommend it.

Love this location. Always clean , organized and stocked! Great place to go if your looking for a gate! Found $80 boots for my Grand daughter for $5.99 and super cute dress to.
