Sorry if this is out of place, but my neighbor has a 6 month old Aussie and is not able to provide sufficient exercise for the pup. She has been a 12 hour a day outdoor pup and the owners have finally realized an Aussie was not a very wise decision. My heart is breaking for the poor little ball of energy...Any suggestions?
