I am very disappointed with my service!! I paid for the Platinum Full Service and my truck looks like my grandson did it.. The inside was dull..they didn't wipe down the inside as stated..the inside panels nor doors were touched..All windows were smudged except the two front windows..My tires were done with the machine I guess..but the rims are still filthy..they weren't touched at all!! A few years back before the changes..I used to love this car wash!! 😞

The service here has gone down they don't clean vehicles good then when you say something they mad I come here all the time and never complain but when somethings not right it not right ..with the prices as high as they are the service should be and was should be good

Hello Deneen, We are running on a new system where every customer is driving their car through our tunnel. This way, not only are we more efficient, our goal is to minimize as much time having to be inside customers vehicles. Hopefully this help and we hope to see you soon!
