Always friendly but vehicles are never clean clean. Girl was cleaning back windows in Tahoe and was going to leave a huge handprint saying she couldn't see it until i pointed it out. Something scratched my car and they tried to use a towel to "remove" it. Smh

Usually it only takes about 20-30 minutes to wash and detail. I have never just dropped off my vehicle, but you can discuss that with them if that's what you want to do. As for the seats, again that is something that you will have to discuss with them. I don't work there. So I really can't answer that question. Good luck!
