Hello Deneen, We are running on a new system where every customer is driving their car through our tunnel. This way, not only are we more efficient, our goal is to minimize as much time having to be inside customers vehicles. Hopefully this help and we hope to see you soon!
Yes. Since the quarantine the customer drives the car through the car wash and back around for detailing/vacuuming or exits if getting exterior wash only.
