Management — beyond words to describe how bad. Impossible to contact them via phone. Only email. And only 1/2 of emails will get a response. They have attitude about everything. They delay, ignore and make excuses when it comes to addressing any problem. The building is in a fantastic location with unlimited potential for greatness. The problems have increased as management switched from Greystar to Mark Taylor. They are in the last phases of remodeling and the workers blast music and disrupt residents. Can’t hear myself think. A plethora of other issues I don’t have the capacity to write of.

I have lived at Ascend for 4 1/2 years and have been very happy as a resident here. Friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful units and great neighborhood! The entirety of my time here the complex has been quiet and completely safe. The usual issues that plague other apartment complexes hasn't been experienced here. Any maintenance requests made were dealt with promptly and directly. In short, I've had little gripes with this place as my home. It is a joy to reside here and I would recommend Ascend to anyone looking for a great spot in the North Scottsdale area!

Over the years we have stayed here several times just for the fun of it because our kids love the pool with the sand beach. Now we find ourselves in need of renting an apartment for a while and immediately thought of Ascend. It was great to see that everything got remodeled recently and the staff is super friendly. All amenities on site makes this feel like a vacation.

Just recently moved into Ascend and I must say this is one of the most beautiful apartment complexes I have lived in. They are about to complete a major renovation overhaul and the results are stunning. The new units are stunning and have a nice home feel to them. Also, the amenities are top notch compared to the rest of the area. We had to coordinate quite a difficult cross country move here and the staff have made accommodations for us to make this process so much easier. Overall the staff, especially Ben, have been rockstars. He was kind, courteous, very professional and followed through with all of our questions leading up to the lease agreement. Much appreciated!!
