I was happy to apply to this place, it fit into my budget perfectly. However after paying the application and screening fees and being APPROVED for a move in date, I received a call stating I would have to start the lease an entire month earlier than what I was approved for. This did not work for me so I requested a refund and was only given a partial refund. This does not seem right to me as I was given false information about the move in timeline. Not cool.

They take good care of property, maintenance men work hard and do an excellent job, they answer my questions, they have helped me in many ways even when it came to my car.
