After a long day off driving (15 hours) this was a pleasant stay. Big bed and nicely appointed room. Nothing fancy, just right. Great hot breakfast in the morning!

This was Place #3 that night because Inn #1 & #2 had little creatures crawling around in them. They were not welcome! Made it to Quality Inn about 3am and was pleasantly surprised to find EXCEPTIONAL cleanliness on our room. Would have loved to stay another night but it was booked. Rightfully so. Great hotel. Clean room. No critters. Comfortable bed. Did I mention NO BUGS?! (that is high on our list!!!!) Thanks Quality Inn for holding up to your name!! ❤️

First things first: toilet had toilet paper in it and wouldn't flush. Called the front desk to be told there is no maintenance on site and we could come down and get a plunger to plunge it ourselves. She said the girl she was showing the room to must have used the bathroom (why were you showing the room if it was already booked?!). The shower head looked like it had never been cleaned. The tub looked like it had burn marks on it. Second: furniture looks water damaged and like it was just picked up off the side of the road. Third: holes in the ceiling. Fourth: a ceiling fan with dust caked on. I'm extremely disappointed. If I had known this was what I was paying for I would have booked somewhere else. Absolutely horrible.

Positive: It was quiet Negative: No phone. No bed side table broken dining table used Coffee filter in pot. Half used roll of toilet paper on roll only 2 Kleenex in box stained ripped dust ruffle on bed. Door had been previously damaged it would barely close leaving a large crack open
