If you'd like to live without gas or hot water for a week this is the place for you. No excuse for it but if that's what you're into sign a year lease. They bill utilities by the meter and divide it between tenants based on how many units, sq footage and people so you'll never pay your fair share which isn't disclosed on the lease so when people run the chiller, it's not AC it's a chiller, 24/7 you get billed for it. The Con in Conservice means Con. 979 for rent plus almost 300 in utilities during the summer when I'm not even home 90% of the week. I never review anything, I don't even do surveys for people but you know I feel bad knowing my neighbors are having the same problems and I would prefer if people didn't have to put up with the problems ever. Almost had me convinced that things would be okay here with MEB taking over but nope I was wrong.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Since they deleted my first review I’m posting another to try to save anyone I can the frustration and disappointment I dealt with. moved into a ROACH INFESTED apartment! Had to go through hell to terminate my lease and management is very rude and lacks any empathy. And to add insult to injury they kept my security deposit. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!!!! If you value your money and a decent living space DO NOT LIVE HERE PLEASE!

I am a current resident I can personally say if I could move and had a choice to pick another apartment I would this place isn't worth the trouble they give you they make it impossible to pay rent last management was fired for money laundering and the current one is investigating in fraudulent chargestgeymake it impossible to decipher the charges they don't label em the online website is chaotic and unorganized they discriminate against mental health emotional support animals and they do charge you for the emotional support animal they lose checks so keep copies if you do stay here they don't accept money orders itsonline or cashiers check. They charge you rent and utilities and the utilities don't match what there company is ask the individual to be charged for they lose paperwork. This is a terrible place to live I moved Promised it was a nice place since new management it's been a disaster

I rented this apartment for my daughter and have been sorely disappointed. The maintenance of this complex is pathetic. The staff act like it's a bother when you talk to them. Never friendly or kind. Her apartment has never gotten its bathroom drain to work from day 1. The heater and ac unit has never worked properly from day 1. The cable has not been installed correctly due to construction on site..and many miscellaneous other issues. But there has been no adjustment to the rent or effort from the office. My daughter is so kind she won't complain and doesn't want to be a problem... and I understand. But be advised... this place is not what they should be. It should feel like home...but its horrible. I wish it was better. People need to feel good about their environment. And it seems they forget that. Not the worst... but not the best.

They need a new landscape company..they literally blow the same stuff in circles...I have seen the same piece of garbage lay there for weeks
