Maintenance are usually quick to respond, however there have been multiple instances of them not showing up the day they’re given permission to and just let themselves in days later while no one is home, once while I was alone and sleeping in my bed, which is not okay and there is no excuse for that. We have also lived here for nearly two years now and the spa has never been usable which feels scammy considering they advertise it as a luxurious amenity available to all residents. Only reason we decided to stay for a while is because management tends to keep to themselves unless there are residents who leave garbage or their kids toys/etc out which is really annoying. We really like the privacy in that regard and everyone is always really kind and helpful when we call the front office, especially Samantha. She’s awesome. If these issues could be fixed I’d say the springs would be a fantastic place to live but I really wish the spa would be operational and that people would enter my home the day and time they are given permission to and not any other random day they feel like showing up.

I’ve been living here for a 2 years now and the apartments have become so run down. I constantly see homeless people looking through the dumpsters. Random people walking around. Constant littering. was under the impression that these apartments were safe and clean. There is always people who clearly don't live here walking around and even vehicles have been vandalized. Also, be prepared to occasionally not find parking or have trouble leaving the apartments because of the school next to the apartment, people tend to use this parking lot as a drop off and pickup zone for kids ! Also the insides of apartments need renovations and make sure they exterminate the apt before you move in . There is a lot more I could say … I don’t recommend living here.

I am sorry to tell you that there are many weak points in our apartments, which lead the residents think to move. the Maintenace is not available. When we ask for repair, most of the time, they don't respond, or they promise to do then they don't come. Every weekend, the garbage flow out of the containers and stay until Monday or Tuesday. Most of the laundry room machines are out of order. When I told them that I lost money in the washing machine, they said this is not our business and residents should talk with the company. I have been experiencing many issues in my apartment but no one care. I called them many times they said we will talk with the manager with no solution. Thank you.

Abysmal. Dingy, beat up, no service, upstairs neighbors are loud, pool wasn't ever open and management would never do anything. At first, it was pretty decent, but since COVID, this place has really gone downhill. I hated the pool was never open "due to COVID". Give me a break. The price for rent is not worth the value of this apartment at all. Do yourself a favor and save your money on living here. Absolute garbage place.

Most of the neighbors that I've met are pretty friendly, the maintenance team is prompt the amenities are pretty good 2 pools, multiple laundry rooms, a gym, a purified water dispenser, the hot tub jets need some work they spray everywhere but that's my one nit picky thing.
Rodrigo, we're sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of their schedule due, and unfortunately with the Arizona heat landscapers do need to start early.
