A "fitness center" with no weights??????? And the few machines they have are so outdated. Feels like a gym from the 70's. Extremely disappointed!!! They should either do a serious upgrade or do a dog park with the space they have and forget about having a gym.

This complex is exceptional. Beautiful grounds, modern apartments, fantastic swimming pools, very responsive management and engineering team. And, it's right on the Rillito Riverwalk. Also, very affordable; competitively priced. I'm so thankful to have found Summerlin!

Nobody in the office wears a mask. They don't practice social distancing. Not a safe place to visit these days. And that makes me wonder how they keep their gym and pool clean and safe. Their gym didn't have a good ventilation system to begin with. Plus, they don't have a good communication system with the tenants. So, you don't know what's going on around you! The community looks pretty, but too expensive!

The staff is very racist! They violated Federal 'Hippa' law and openly shared my private disability information among themselves without my consent. Everyone at the complex rent increased $200.00 upon renewal. The explanation given was that the rent increase would bring the rates up to market value with other competing apartments in the area. How logical is this? I believe as others that the increase occurred once the roofs were replaced. My apartment experienced leaks two weeks after the job was completed. The pool area grounds is dirty. Chipped paint and encrusted dirt is exposed at both pool locations. I guess if management ever decide to repair the defaults, another absorbent rent increase will occur. I would not trust the staff here because they all are liars and are a dangerous rude group of individuals.
