I toured with Kimberly the leasing specialist and I loved the property very much the pool looks like a resort lol 😆 definitely recommend living here! The staff is amazing as well everyone who works here is always positive and friendly. If there are any issues they are on top of it. You can’t ask for more

The apartments are always clean and beautiful. The pool areas are really nice and remodeled. Most importantly the staff are amazing. The maintenance staff are alway nice and get to you as fast as they can. They handle problems and treat you with care. The office staff are so helpful and friendly. Great place to live!

I moved in this complex last May. The apt was”okay” but I had a lot of issues. Not good! Advertised as a “Luxury Apt” but was clearly not. My renewal rate was $416 rent increase! So, I went to the office and told them “NOT GOING TO HAPPEN “! Am moving to a two bedroom Apt instead of a three bed but it is MUCH BETTER than what I had. This is a great location and I want to give it a 5 star but unless you keep on top of issues, they are not fast to respond. I love my new Apt!! Beyond that though, Jennifer bent over backwards to make this transition awesome!

UPDATE 10pm Tues 04.12 - Though I appreciate your quick response to my review, no questions were answered or timelines provided. The issue is no one has contacted me with specifics so I understand WHAT needs to happen, HOW long the process will take (even an estimate), WHEN the actual repairs may be done, WHO or WHEN will someone follow up with me through the process, WHAT accommodations will be made for me as temperatures rise if before the repairs are done. My frustration is not with the wait alone but primarily no contact & no details or plan. ORIGINAL REVIEW My experience with maintenance was GREAT. Maintenance help was timely, efficient, helpful, they did ALL they could personally. Leak under kitchen sink fixed ✔️, freezer fixed ✔️, refrigerator “was” fixed and working same day but next morning had already started warming back up. Changed the cold setting & monitoring today will open a NEW request if it stops again, light bulbs under microwave replaced ✔️. My reason for the low score is my A.C. Again, maintenance did all they could but my compressor is blow & needs to be replaced. He couldn’t do anything beyond bringing in & setting up a window unit which btw is WONDERFUL and has made my front living area the coolest it’s been since moving in last Nov. the issue is the follow up. One issue on the solution/window unit is several of the buttons on the controls do not work, had to unplug to turn off temporarily. Per maintenance the outcome is reported to the office who will need to place a “request for approval” before it can even be ordered with no idea on time frame. I was told the office would be in touch (granted it’s been a day but it was determined by maintenance before 5p). With summer here & the temperatures rising an idea of process, timeline, and what we do in the meantime would be helpful. Again, maintenance was INCREDIBLE, and I’m not complaining by any means, would just like to know the plan moving forward.
