When my washing machine broke we it is under warranty the repair person showed up not intending on fixing problem just looking at it to order part needed. by that time already without washing machine for over a week. A week later after not hearing anything i call to find they don't even have part and do not know when it will be in. It is a common part that Amazon carries and can deliver in 1 day. Never again will i buy extended warranty or anything from these people!!

We experienced months of horrible communication. We were weeks passed our promised date of arrive with absolutely no call or explanation when we called. Even if delays are not the fault of the sales staff they still need to communicate with the customer...improper install (without a return trip from the delivery drivers or service tech) and poor customer service.

Do not buy from this company. My parents age 82 and 91 bought a LG refrigerator in 2018. Last month it stopped working. Bill Smith is refusing to fix it because it is under warranty and they won't get paid. I have gotten the run around for a month. No one will fix it LG wants to offer prorated money. They would have to spend another 1500 dollars to replace the one they have that should be fixed under warranty. Filed a BBB complaint. They just want the part replaced so they can have a working refrigerator again.
