Started an application online and thought I would give them a call to ask a few questions. Lady who answered was very nice and willing to answer my questions without being annoyed like other places I have called. It was nice to not feel like I was an inconvenience when we are just trying to find a home.

Safe, peaceful and quiet. It's securely locked. Nice and friendly peeps. Very big, clean grounds. Office peeps are Nice . No drama. Legit.

I just rented here at Bellevue Towers and it is very lovey. Management made me feel welcomed and valued Mokihana helped to push my application through. She was very professional and helpful even though I called 1000×. The apartment is very spacious it is quite too. I walk my 1 1/2 yo to sleep every night ive had no issues its very peaceful. If you want a management that cares for its residents and puts you first I reccomend coming here.

The only upside I had to living here was the fact that I only signed a 6 month lease instead of a year. The air conditioning units are extremely inefficient so expect a bill of 200+ during the summer for a stupid apartment. Biggest issue though was the roaches infesting everything. It's a known and persistent problem on this property. My kitchen was infested for months. Despite this known issue, when my next door neighbor was evicted management left the empty apartment filled with trash for several weeks before finally cleaning it out. Just a gross property that should be avoided.
