I lived here for 3 years and only left because of an out-of-state move. From the day I initially received a tour of the property to the day I moved out, everyone from the leasing office and maintenance team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and hospitable. The property was tranquil and well-maintained, and the surroundings were beautiful! I could not have asked for a better home.

When I moved in 16 years ago I never thought I would live here longer than a year... but as you can see..I did. no one else beats the beautiful surroundings, the staff is responsive to every request and is always very nice about any request, and I’ve always felt safe here. The apartments a priced really well and are very roomy. I can’t say enough about Chris and his staff... other than a very big thank you for taking care of me all these years! You all are exceptional!

The office personnel at the Sonoran Terraces Apartments, along with their hard-working maintenance crew, are a pleasure to work with in this apartment complex. They have always been courteous and quick to fix anything that may need attention. This is a beautiful community of luscious trees and plants, along with the beautiful wildlife, owls and other birds. The residents are friendly and helpful making this a nice environment in which to live.The apartments are spacious and the units are beautifully updated as they become available. Here are a few images of the surroundings in the complex ! Next time I’ll be sure to capture people and buildings!🤔

We have just renewed our lease and we enjoy the quietness. When something breaks they come over that day. The apartment is a little old but it's still nice and I enjoy living here. I feel if you walk threw and you see the place and you don't like it then find another place. That's my opinion. After being here for two years I have nothing to complain about. Maintenance is here within a day and they are great guys and fix it right. Glad they come once a year to check out my place to make sure it's safe to live and make sure people are not destroying it. We have enjoyed our stay here.
