I've been seeing alot of negative reviews and so forth. Which indeed did make me afraid to move in but so far I have had zero things bad to say about them. They've been very helpful and understanding. They have been very fast and helpful when I ask for help regarding any issue that I have. They've made it very great for me to live here. This month I have had troubles with putting my rent in and they had been very helpful. They gave me some time to get the rent for them. I am very happy with how the management has dealt with me. Very thoughtful and very helpful.

Old review: I moved in a few days ago in spite of my concerns from older reviews. Those must've been from old management, because my experience thus far has been excellent. The manager is kind and friendly, maintenance is very quick, the renovated apartments are lovely, the furniture is new, and the location is superb. My only recommendation would be to replace the doors/trim in the future apartment renovations - they are starting to show their age. All in all, this is a great place thus far. I'll update my review if anything changes. Update: I moved out after living here for a year in order to switch to something cheaper. This management would NOT give me my security deposit back and in fact insisted that I owed them money. I was very clean and left absolutely no damage. They WILL try to keep your deposit. I wasn't able to get mine back and it's been 4 months now. The place itself was fine, but the awful move-out process is not.

What is this pathetic management! One of the worst I have ever seen. I lived in these apartments for close to 2 years and we did face minor problems, but this has increased exponentially and has crossed all limits. My friend who is currently residing there is facing issues with her roommate, which includes her roommate smoking in the house (it is a smoke free zone as the management claims), causing issues for other people living in the apartment and breathing problems for them. The roommate also sneaks into other's rooms and makes others uncomfortable. A complaint has been filed with the management but its all vain as the management has been horrible, the property manager is rude and the other guy does not acknowledge people and no action has been taken so far. Having been a former resident and having seen the better side, this was not expected.
