I am not a tenant, I might become one. My reason for the review is because I have called and left multiple voicemails and no one has returned a call. I have sent emails, i did get responses but they stopped when I asked specific questions. I really want to make sure if I am to put in a application that it's just not pocketed as profit, because that's how I feel.. being welcomed to apply and what not.. but as soon as I ask more questions.. I'm being ignored. I'm not angry. This is not a frustrated post.. this is just how I feel. Hopefully things get better. I understand how busy things are right now.

Kassandra was very kind and incredibly helpful with looking for a new place to live. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Kassandra made looking for a new home a bit easier then I expected.

I want to give a heartfelt Thank You to Faith the property manager! She truly cares for her tenants and goes above and beyond for all their needs. Things can get pretty hectic on the property due to unwanted guests but she is always there to listen and do her best for everyone!! Thank You Faith!

Roaches and took months before exterminator came, i had to continiously go in person and ask before anything happened. As is the same with work orders through the rental app. Months waiting for them to address my concerns with all the stray cats and my daughter having a deadly allergy to them and already gone to the ER becuase of this. I hope they make things right.. on my second year and was promised better service, still waiting. The only Pro is if your on a budget, everything is included. There are more issues but tired of complaining.
