The county clinic is clean and no-nonsense. Dr Saunders is a credit to her field and a force to be reckoned with. We should all be so lucky to have a doctor with that kind of gravitas!

Waited on hold for over an hour listening to their horrible hold message repeat constantly. As soon as a rep answered she said "hello" one time and then immediately hung up before I could unmute my phone to reply. Might as well show up in person during COVID so you can actually get through to someone as clearly their phone system doesn't work.

Went in to have a blood test done and almost two weeks later still no results. Claims to have attempted to contact me, but no voicemail or any contact information was left. Front desk could only tell me to wait until the person in charge contacts me during the times I called (when they feel like it since leaving notes in the system doesn't help). Giving them one star because the nurse who drew my blood was awesome. I will be going to another clinic to get another test done.
