Long hold times when calling and they don't send appointment reminders by text or email. Computers can do that so I'm not sure why reminders aren't sent to customers. Received a bill when initially I was told I wouldn't get billed, very unorganized but some of their staff are helpful

My experience at the Oregon Clinic was unfortunate! I recommend nobody use their service ever. I saw a urologist through their clinic that was unprofessional and rude to me, instead of giving me a medical service. I complained to administrators and billing regarding lack of actual service. They billed me and insurance anyway! I have repeatedly disputed this. Today I received collections letter!!! They are unprofessional and did not provide a medical service to me. Please don’t subject yourself or ones you love to this clinic!!!

It's completely mismanaged! Appointment waits are absolutely unreasonable. And the phone staff is downright rude. Save yourself the frustration! Go elsewhere

If I could put no stars I would. This clinic discriminated both myself and another Latina woman. People after people were being called in except us 2. It took an hour and a half!! Other people were waiting 15 or even less although both the woman and I were there before them. I confronted the woman at the front desk and all she did was give a forced apology with a guilty look. I watched her put other peoples paperwork in front of mine and the other woman so we were way in the end. Never going there again!
