Do not go here they will change your appointment last minute and expect you to be there on time you get there 9 min late and they take 10 to figure stuff out and at the end you do not get seen thanks to them mind you they do not even know what is wrong with me and cancel my appointment it was also originally with one provider then another one and this is my second review so I have been mistreated by these people a lot thought I would give another try maybe it was just the day or something but seeing that it happens all the time now it makes you think of the quality of care this place gives

Hate this place. Most of the receptionist are rude and will just hang up on you without asking if you need further assistance. Also will be very rude and don’t even seem to notice if you are there it was great before all of the new disrespectful mean receptionist started working here

Receptionist maria very slow, waited about twenty mins before she was able to help me and she didn’t even notice until a man had spoken up saying I’ve been waiting. She ended up the man before taking me so I had to wait even longer. Just don’t come here.

Dr. Jonathan Mou is great. He takes time to listen to your health concerns and addresses each one with professionalism and compassion. His staff is stellar as well as is the front office. My experience with Adventist Health Medical Group has always been positive.
