I met my new doctor, and he knew my history and was very pleasant to talk to.

They failed to respond to a prescription refill request for more than two weeks, so I had to spend $380 on a prescription that insurance covered. They canceled my appointment for a CT scan without telling me and it’s a 45 minute drive. Inexcusable. My time is worth money also.

The sleep advocates and follow up staff have done a great job in communicating clearly about expectations , maintenance, obstacles and positive outcomes of using a sleep machine. I was unable to address snoring for years. Following bloodwork and a sleep study it was clear I had severe sleep apnea. After 3 months of daily use my blood pressure and resting pulse, both of which had been high, were back in the low end of ideal range. My blood had the correct amount of oxygen again, lowering risk for blood clot and heart attack. I gained hours a day I had needed to sleep. My rest was restful for the first time in memory and my days much more physically comfortable in terms of muscle pain and endurance. Aging is not nearly as hard as I thought. The staff at this clinic know how incredible these changes can be in quality of life and have been genuinely committed to helping clients access meticulous, rational, life-extending care. They are competent, professional and paying enough attention to assuage the fear associated with having breathing happen with a machine. They have been responsive to continuing needs like fit of the mask as my face changes shape during massive weight loss associated with addressing sleep apnea. I have already recommended to a loved one who has struggled with sleep apnea and she is also receiving quality care.

I am a regular patient of Dr B’s have seen him several times. I definitely have some serious sleep issues and I do believe he will help me, I know this all takes time. Dr B is kind and he’s patient, he explains things really well, he allows time to ask questions ~ I feel he genuinely cares about my issues and truly wants to help me. He draws on a chalk board when explaining things to me, and I love this. I understand better when I can see things written as opposed to talking about it. I’m a definite “show & tell” lady so the chalk board works well for me. I wouldn’t see any other Doctor. Thank you Dr B. you are the BEST...... Diane ~ Lady Uke
