I booked an appointment for dr jenny gerner through zocdoc for both a checkup and a travelers shots/medicine for an upcoming trip. First the nurse forgot that i even had a checkup and said i was done until i reminded her..then took my bp and pulse and said i was done all in about 1 minute..no info provided as to my health..so i asked for my numbers so i could look it up.. she handed me a paper that just had abbreviations she jotted down. And the kicker..when i went to the pharmacy they never sent in the prescriptions for the upcoming trip. So all in all a rude, unproductive experience for both checkup and prescriptions. I honestly get more info and politeness when ordering coffee.
