After years of suffering with itchy skin and hives all over and being 'treated' by various dermatologists, Dr Hoffman ran blood tests and Found I am extremely sensitive to gluten. No gluten no hives. Problem solved.

Cured my daughter's difficulty with hyper-thyroidism. Put her on a gluten-free diet 20 years ago. Now she's a thriving Mom.

If you eat a natural food diet; this means no processed food, deli meats, soda or processed juice; no prepared frozen meals or canned food. Avoid empty calorie foods. Eat generous portions of green leafy vegetables, small portions of complex carbs and 4-6 oz of lean proteins. Chromium Picolonate is an effective supplement when you get your numbers nearly under control, the supplement helps you get there. You need to get to your ideal wait so cardiovascular excercise 4 days a week for 20-30 minutes each day is a must. Good luck. Type 2 Diabetes is reversible.
