Poor patient service. The ladies at the Front Desk are NOT professionals at all. I urgently needed to come to the gastroenterologist, they themselves had made an appointment for me, supposedly the doctor only saw me on Tuesdays from 8:30 to 11:30 am and more on no day or at any other time and which he would attend in order of arrival. Well, but since I needed my appointment urgently, I said yes, that was fine, even if I worked, I asked for my day off from a job which is very difficult for me to miss just to come to my appointment. When I arrive at 8:00am, the youngest lady from the Front Desk tells me that she called me yesterday at 4:00pm and that I did not answer, nor did she have voicemail, which is FALSE! The only call I received was at 2:15pm and it was just a ringing, he didn't even give me a chance to answer the call. And to all these he said, "I called and out of 28 people only 4 answered me." And I said, of course, you should leave a message if people don't answer, since one is working. Anyway, he didn't want to attend to me because it was only the "confirmed" and to top it off the doctor didn't accept my health insurance.
