Don’t come here for the endocrinologist Dr Khosrow Alyeshmerni. Had to wait 1 hr and I was the second patient of his day. He left the door open during the assessment. Had to close the door for him to ensure patient privacy. He was very very hotheaded and short tempered. I was translating for my mother that doesn’t speak or understand English and he seemed so frustrated. Wasn’t listening, he more so heard what he wanted to hear. A very nice waiting area though!

WORST OFFICE AND WORST MEDICAL STAFF HERE. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS & ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL.

This is the worst advantagecare physicians office I been to. I was at this office for two and a half hours, which is ridiculous to be in a office for that long. The lab workers are so unorganized, lazy and unprofessional. After I finished seeing the doctor, the doctor ordered for me to get blood work done at the lab and to see if they can squeeze me in or make a appointment. After I went to the lab, the lab worker told me to sign my name then have a seat but didn’t ask me if I have a appointment or anything. Since she was on the phone for a long time, not paying attention. So after waiting 20 mins in the waiting area outside of the lab. Then the workers in the lab which was a African lady and a young arab lady tell me that I don’t have a appointment and they have no open time slots for the day. When their was nobody in the lab waiting area or in the lab room after I came in which doesn’t make sense. Before I came in the lab their was only one patient in the waiting area. They are doing literally nothing, they are just lazy and doesn’t want to do their job. They could of told me that when I first came in instead of having me wait 20 minutes for them not to assist me. So I went to the front, their next available appointment wasn’t going to be until two days later. I was not waiting two days to get blood work that’s ridiculous, so I requested to get my labs done somewhere else. Then after they spoke to the doctor to give consent to get my labs done somewhere else, that is when they decided to squeeze me in. I guess because they didn’t want to miss out on getting paid for the lab work since they wouldn’t get paid if I got it done somewhere else. That’s all they had to do in the first place but they don’t care because their lazy, they don’t want to do their job and don’t care about the patients. Clearly they only care about getting paid. After they said I could get my blood work done I go back to the lab, then the young Arab lady gave me attitude asking me who said I could get my labs done today after I told her I was given permission to get it done today by the doctor. Which I didn’t have to explain myself to her, questioning a patient is rude and unprofessional. When she is just sitting down in front of her desktop with nobody in the waiting area or in the lab room. A medical assistant took my blood work, before he took my blood work I heard him tell the young arab lady I’m going to do it because I know you don’t want to do it. That’s exactly what I meant when they just don’t care and don’t want to do their job here !!!!!! Also, That’s very unprofessional to say in front of a patient by the way.

You need To Request Your records from the records department. They should be able to provide you with digital copies of your tests on a CD. They do charge a small fee.
