ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The doctor has been helpful, the customer service over the phone is a legit joke. I called to get the cost of refilling my contact prescription and the woman couldn't be more bothered. The store closed in 40 minutes and she was rude and I was obviously bothering her, it would have taken 2 minutes to look up my information and coat via the computer she was sitting at. She told me I had to come in, and that she was closing the store and couldn't help. Unreal. It could have been a 5 minute quote but, again she couldn't have been more annoyed and bothered I was asking a simple request.

Went to get a replacement pair of glasses for my daughter they could not find her file then the one they did find for her was the wrong date said we went there in 2019 when we had gone February or 2022 so they couldn't help asked for the manager to return my call so she can resolve the issue & got no call back & just get the run around they are super unorganized & very rude looks like I need to find a new eye glasses place for my kids ridiculous they are supposed to be professionals makes me wonder what else they mess up & how many wrong prescriptions they give out kinda scary if you think about it

Took 2 times to get presciption right last time. Now they keep trying to set me up an appointment without my permission. Adding to this 3 years later, this time it took three times to get it right. I thought they had it right, getting head aches later in the day.

Great service, little more expensive and friendly folks! I just wanted to say I appreciated the help from the young lady they other night, I walked in at 6:40pm and y'all were closing up things and you had big folks coming in the next day and your associate proceeded to help me and wasn't frustrated in that the fact that I came in so late, she was frustrated at the iPad or the system as it wasn't working correctly and that she had so much to do before she went home that night and came back the next day to open, but that's ok, it happens and who wouldn't have been! Thanks again
