This place is absolutely ridiculous I really wish the state would step in and see exactly what was going on here. I was scheduled for a UA in August. after driving the 45 minutes I get there and they say they ran out of cups a few days ago. REALLY? Not even the common decency to call people and reschedule! Then I was scheduled for a UA in September and again I drive all the way down there and they out of cups 2 days prior, again not even a phone call to reschedule. Today I was scheduled for a med refill and my doctor never called me> I finally got in contact with them and they said they didn't like my attitude when I had to reschedule my UA so they were discharging me as a client. Not even so much as a phone call to tell me this. They waited until med refill day to say something. So now I;m out of medication and I'm scrambling to find a doctor. They don't care about their patients, they never answer the phone. They have already shut down one location. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. FIND SOMEONE WHO CARES, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY READ THE REVIEWS PEOPLE ARE TELLING THE TRUTH!

Shavonne was great she asked me how I was, she did an exam to check my range of motion and mobility. I had fallen last week and she made sure I got checked by a Dr or went to the emergency dept. to get x-rays or any other tests i needed to make sure I was ok. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and I am very happy with her as my provider.

I don't think you could find a better pain clinic. I always feel like they listen to every problem that might arise and do their best to help me. Erin is very knowledgeable about what she does and helps me understand everything we do!
