Front desk is horrible. Doctor is very care of his patients. If it was not for this doctor the rating would be 1 star. Front desk talk like they were friends having coffee. Between were to go in vacation, sister in law issues and so many personal issues is just so unprofessional. The lack for patients in the waiting room is horrible. Not to mention the wait to see the doctor, min 1 hr ( and that the fastest). One day I waiting 2 hrs 45 min.

Doctor Chacón is great but the girls at the appointment desk are definitely not interested in helping you getting an appointment. It seems it takes three months to reschedule for an appointment. It wasn’t like that years before. I would say now there is a taste of rudeness in the way they treat customers.

Dr. Chacon is excellent, But his staff is the worst. They are unprofessional. Never answers the calls, do not provide masks for the patients that needs it, and have a rude attitude with the patients.
