We couldn't have asked for better service than Terry provided for our home inspection in Hudson, NH. We were out of state buyers from NY and couldn't be there for the inspection but Terry took the time to talk us through his findings during the home inspection and sent a massive report close to 100 pages with plenty of pictures, notations of issues and suggestions for potential repairs. For being a one man show, he is always responsive and goes out of his way even after the home inspection to provide helpful information. I'd hire Terry/Seacoast Inspections in a heartbeat again for a home inspection.

Terry did an extremely thorough inspection on our 150 year old house. Was very patient and happy to explain everything as we went along (sometimes multiple times until I understood.) I can't recommend his work highly enough. He was very quick to turn around the report as well.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Terry. Terry is very knowledgeable and thorough and he's a great guy. He came to do an inspection on Christmas eve! This really helped as the holidays are a tough time to get anything done and we didn't have many days we could do it. Terry did a lot of things that other inspectors don't do, like crawl into tight spaces/attics. He had a infrared camera that helped us determine what was going on behind walls with insulation and other things. We learned a lot about our soon-to-be home. Between the four hours he spent with us and the detailed report he gave us, we know what we're going to fix first and we got the seller to take a little money off of the price. Terry did all this for a very reasonable price! He doesn't have many online reviews yet but I think he will have tons of business before long. Thanks Terry!!
