We just placed my mother there a little over a week ago. It was a very stressful decision to make. but we knew after the first interview at Cornerstone after meeting with Olivia that was the place for her. and we couldn't be more happy with where she is. they are taking wonderful care of her she's eating well she's socializing and when you speak to her on the phone she sounds so much more upbeat. thank you Cornerstone as we are thrilled to be newfound family members

My friend’s mother lived here. Wonderful, friendly staff. Beautiful environment. Nice activities to engage with.

I have found my experience with Cornerstone Hampton to be exceptional. The decision to place a loved one in residential care is heart- wrenching. My first contact with Cornerstone staff helped me validate the need and gift of therapeutic memory care. Everyone from our initial tour, throughout the admitting process, care planning, and now the day to day care of my family member has been kind, insightful, and clinically professional. The Covid Era has placed great strain on all of us, but the challenge to care for those in residential care facilities is staggering. Cornerstone has responded admirably to this pandemic nightmare and their ongoing communication, accessibility to families, and most impressively direct care to residents is apparent. I would recommend that anyone who is increasingly thinking of the appropriateness of placement for loved one, call Cornerstone to discuss such action. I am confident that you will receive knowledgeable and straightforward information for your decision making. It will make all the difference.

Cornerstone in Hampton is wonderful place. Each and every member of the staff are caring and loving people. The food is delicious and healthy. The service they provide is outstanding. While my Dad was there on respite care they had greatly improved his overall health and sprit. My family and I very thankful for all they have done.

Thank you for your interest in Cornerstone at Hampton! Our community does not accept Medicaid, but we offer some ways to help offset the costs of Assisted Living (call us for more info). You can also visit our website to download a free Paying for Assisted Living ebook that can help answer some other financial questions!
We do allow dogs, and also cats. Our staff is pet friendly, but our residents care for their pets themselves. We are not able to clean up after pets, or take them for walks. Please call us to discuss your situation.

We opened in December 2018, just a few years ago. Our community still feels very new and we keep it sparkling clean. Our residents love our gorgeous interior design. It feels high end without the high cost. We have lots of comfortable community spaces, including a Living Room, Creative Arts Center, Country Kitchen and Dining Room, and a large landscaped outdoor courtyard. Residents also love their spacious apartments. They are much larger than most of the assisted living communities nearby, especially our one-bedroom units. You should visit us to see for yourself. We are conveniently located off Rt 27 very close to Rt 95, and just a short drive to Hampton Beach.
Yes, we can! We have a lot of experience coordinating efforts with professionals and families to ensure a smooth move from out of state. Please give us a call to discuss your situation. We can put you in touch with a local move manager who can help with purging, donating items and packing up your Mom’s house. We can also connect you with a reputable moving company to bring your Mom’s things here to Hampton. If you are worried that your Mom isn’t safe living alone, you might consider doing a short-term rental so your Mom can move here to a fully furnished apartment with access to all our community’s amenities. This would give you and your family time to get everything settled and put her home up for sale, without your Mom having to deal with all that stress.
Yes. Our Compass Memory Support Neighborhood is a separate, secure space within our building. We are highly respected throughout our area for dementia care, with many staff trained as Certified Dementia Practitioners. Our Compass Neighborhood has a lovely residential feel with several courtyards, dining rooms, activity spaces, learning classrooms and a library. We are very active in the local area providing public education on Alzheimer’s and memory loss through our Dementia Friendly Communities Initiative. We also host a monthly Alzheimer’s Support Group that is open to the general public. If your family could use some support, visit our website to get details about these awesome local resources.
You should be able to view 3D floor plans on our website. If you are having trouble, then please email us and we'd be happy to send you the PDF file!
We are planning to open this fall and will be beginning the interviewing process later this month. If you have already reached out, you should be hearing from us soon. Otherwise, keep an eye out for news on our upcoming job fair.
