The two technicians showed up on time and were clean and efficient in the installation of 2 keyless locks. The technicians provided clear and concise instructions on programming and using the locks, including the safeguarding of the instructions. George at Tri-State was great! We needed to have three locks replaced, and to all work with the same new key. The process was quite efficient: I took pics of the doors and texted them to George, and he ordered the parts, saving his workers a trip to my house. As soon as the parts arrived, he arranged the work to be done within a day, and his workers were knowledgable, efficient and friendly -- and did an excellent job!

We have a 40 year old house that was built with a lot of custom features including some sophisticated Mortise locks and hardware. When the latches started to fail and the locking mechanisms could no longer be turned, we sought a locksmith to repair them. Our first experience with the guy we found was a complete disaster. When we fount Nate and Tri State, we hit a fold mine. These guys are professionals who really know their stuff. All doors are now retrofitted and reconfigured with top notch materials. Job well done and I highly recommend them for any complex job.
