This review is for the Dillon's Commuter Bus service. While I would not give the service right now a great review I have to give one specifically for Driver Cynthia...I regularly ride the 250 bus to and from DC every day. While other drivers are late or do not show up at all, Cynthia does. Even when the weather is horrible and the bridge gets rough like it did this past week with the crosswinds she is always there with a smile on her face doing her job as professionally and politely as possible. I have never had a bad experience on any ride with her. I have had a few with others but never with Cynthia. She is the safest driver I have ridden with on this bus since the pandemic. Now today was exceptionally helpful and I want to give this young woman her respect. I was supposed to take the 6pm bus home this evening. That bus never showed up. I waited almost 2 hours for the bus to come. Mrs. Cynthia came and got me after her shift should have ended long before because she usually does the 5:30 PM us run. If it were not for her being so professional and courteous I would have been stranded in Washington DC late at night with nowhere to go. That is not a position I wanted to be in on a Friday night. The crazy tends to come out after the sun goes down and I was getting very uncomfortable and worried. Then Cynthia showed up. I was so relieved. Please make sure this woman is always there. You have a great professional here and it would be a tragedy to lose such an amazing, professional and caring person.

The commuter bus schedules are not being followed for the evening 220 and 230 runs. Dispatch lies about when the next busses are coming and the bus tracking is turned off. The problem is that more drivers are needed, but that’s not being communicated and riders are left to wait for extended wait times.

As a commuter it’s not bad…as long as you don’t mind nasty drivers, late buses, buses that don’t show or being forced to deal with a company that has no regard for their customers.

Excellent Transportation! I've rode with these drivers for around 25 years. They are very helpful for those of use who live in Harford County MD and needed to get to our jobs in Baltimore MD. They communicate and are very safe drivers. I even made friends. I owe it to them to make it to my job!!!!! I rode the 410 and 411.
