Dr.Alder office staff was excellent, moving to a new area and looking for a new primary physicians can be challenging for many, but being referred to the office was a hit. knowing health is so important to me I didn't want to miss an opportunity to continue monitoring my health. Savannah customer service was great!!! She was able to help me get my wife an appointment as a new patient. Hi, Robert. We’re sorry the appointment line started late the day you called. We normally start taking calls promptly at 7 AM, but there are occasional delays. We also typically get a large number of calls at 7 AM, so sometimes it may take longer for us to answer each call. Please let me know if you have any other questions. --MPCP
