I'm giving this one star review because of the awful condition of this store's bathroom. OMG it is a biohazard. If you are not going to clean your bathroom throughout the day then don't allow customers to use it. I don't know whose job it is to follow through with this but whoever it is they should be reprimanded. COVID is still here and bathrooms are a breeding ground!!!

I lost my receipt. I was able to return a few items that I purchased without my receipt. I was okay with the store credit issued. Thank you store manager!

I have been trying to get some signs for a couple of weeks… I thought about Staples and remembered that the last time I needed something, one of the staff helped me thru the whole process…. I was hoping he was there this time! Yes, he was!!! Ross, was a life-saver, fast and efficient! I wanted something simple yet eye catching. I wanted business cards and yard signs… What took me days of procrastination only took Ross about 20 minutes and I was done! Can wait for my products!!! Thanks again, Ross & Staples!

Great Service last week I needed to print 3 budget books within an hour and Associate Donnell was very patient and helpful with every step along the way. Meanwhile he was assisting 4 other customers and demonstrating patience and great communication skills with the customers. Exceptional customer service by Donnell.
