Great one stop shop for your mailing, printing needs. I dropped off an Amazon return, no wait time, fantastic friendly service. They also have engraved items. Plenty of parking.

The young employees at this location should be fired. The brief interaction I had leads me here to make a formal complaint. In today’s world of mass shootings and aggressive warmongers needs not another rude, impolite employees who won’t communicate with customers. The two women working there did not look at me or speak to me, in fact it was clear they purposefully refused to make eye contact or acknowledge me. It was pitiful and UPS should know that there are young people who need jobs and perform them willingly in a pleasant and decent manner that regular average people appreciate.

We love our ladies at the UPS store in San Pablo. Always friendly, always helpful, and they really make us feel part of a community. They even go above and beyond. One time my pregnant wife (in her third trimester!) had so many boxes to drop off. The tall store clerk with the cool crocks unloaded ALL nine of these huge boxes from the van AND brought them into the store for scanning. This is why we always come back. Keep up the amazing work, ladies!
